Terms and Conditions – Sports Bet Pakistan Official Platform

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sports Bet (operated at sportsbet-play.com). These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you — the registered player — and Sports Bet. They govern your use of every part of the Sports Bet platform, including the sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games, Ludo games, roulette and all associated services.

By creating a Sports Bet account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register or use Sports Bet.

These Terms are written in plain English so that Pakistani players can understand them without needing a lawyer. Where specific technical or legal language is unavoidable, we have explained what it means in plain terms alongside it. 2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use Sports Bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Sports Bet does not permit any person under 18 to register, deposit funds or participate in any form of gaming or betting activity.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated accounts and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by Sports Bet or any associated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of Sports Bet.

Sports Bet reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If proof of age cannot be provided within the timeframe specified in the request, the account will be suspended and access to funds may be restricted pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

When registering a Sports Bet account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number and any other information requested during the registration process or subsequently during account verification.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Sports Bet account. If you already have an account and create an additional one — for any reason, including taking advantage of a new player bonus — both accounts may be suspended. Any bonuses or winnings derived from the duplicate account will be voided. Sports Bet uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Sports Bet may require you to verify your identity at any point, including before processing a withdrawal. Verification documents typically include a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), proof of payment method ownership (e.g. a screenshot showing your Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile number matching your registered number) and, where required, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete where required. We aim to process verification reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate. If your phone number, email address or payment method changes, update your profile promptly. Sports Bet cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payment issues resulting from outdated account information.

4. Account Security

Your Sports Bet account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Sports Bet staff will never ask for your password by phone, email or chat — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to us immediately.

• Do not share your account login with any other person, including family members.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify Sports Bet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Sports Bet takes reasonable technical measures to protect accounts, including encrypted connections and session management. However, we cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause was the player's failure to maintain credential security.

5. Deposits & Payments

Sports Bet accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits and account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted.

5.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at Sports Bet is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your Sports Bet balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers via IBFT typically credit within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Sports Bet does not charge any fees on deposits. You should verify whether your payment provider charges outgoing transfer fees on their end.

5.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that the funds you deposit at Sports Bet belong to you and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. By depositing, you confirm that you have the lawful right to use the payment method employed. Sports Bet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

6. Withdrawals

Sports Bet aims to process withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers are typically processed within one business day. Withdrawals to Visa/Mastercard debit cards may take 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method and player tier. Players may contact support to enquire about their current withdrawal limits.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before a withdrawal is processed, Sports Bet may require:

• Completion of account identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 3.2.
• Wagering of any active bonus funds in accordance with the applicable bonus terms (Section 8).
• Confirmation that all deposits have cleared any minimum processing periods required by the payment provider.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Sports Bet reserves the right to require withdrawals via a specific method for security or compliance reasons.

6.4 Withheld Withdrawals

Sports Bet reserves the right to temporarily withhold a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account policy violation or unresolved verification requirements. Withheld funds are not forfeited — they remain subject to review and will be released or acted upon in accordance with our findings. You will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal and the reason where this is permitted.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed at Sports Bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, competition and market type chosen. General betting rules are as follows:

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when Sports Bet confirms it and a unique bet reference number is generated. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues, odds changes or market suspension are not valid. Sports Bet reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion.

7.2 Odds

All odds displayed at Sports Bet are in decimal format. The total payout on a winning bet equals the stake multiplied by the displayed odds at the time the bet was accepted. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed — the odds locked at confirmation are the final odds applied.

7.3 Bet Void Circumstances

Sports Bet may void a bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours or materially changed from the scheduled format.
• The odds displayed were the result of a clear and obvious pricing error (palpable error).
• The bet was placed using a technical fault, exploit or system error.
• Confirmed evidence of match fixing, cheating or suspicious activity related to the event.
• The bet violates any specific market rule applicable to that sport or competition.

Voided bets are refunded as real-money stake to the player's Sports Bet balance.

7.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Markets may be temporarily suspended during critical moments such as wickets falling, goals being scored or other significant events. Bets already confirmed before a suspension are valid. Sports Bet accepts no responsibility for communication delays between a player's device and our platform that result in a bet being placed after an event has occurred.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per player per day. These limits vary by sport and market type. Current maximum payout limits are displayed in the specific sport rules section of the Sports Bet platform.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

Sports Bet offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the promotion as well as these general bonus terms.

8.1 Welcome Bonus

The Sports Bet welcome bonus is available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus is credited to a separate bonus balance and requires completion of a wagering requirement before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on the relevant promotion page.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real-money betting activity required to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance is released. Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements — casino slots typically count at 100%, while live casino games and certain sports bets may contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

Sports Bet actively monitors for bonus abuse including, but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using strategies designed purely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as arbitrage betting), and transferring bonus funds between accounts. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, may have winnings adjusted and may have their account suspended.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at Sports Bet carry an expiry date. If the wagering requirements are not completed before the expiry date, the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it are forfeited. The expiry date for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page and in your account bonus dashboard.

9. Casino & Game Rules

Sports Bet's casino section — including live dealer games, slots, roulette, fishing games and Ludo — is subject to these Terms in addition to the specific rules of each game displayed within the game interface.

9.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All non-live casino games at Sports Bet use a certified Random Number Generator to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently audited to ensure fair, unpredictable and statistically correct outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game providers and are disclosed within each game's information section.

9.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios with human dealers. The outcome of live casino games is determined by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels — rather than RNG software. Sports Bet is not responsible for live stream disruptions caused by factors outside our control, including internet connectivity at the player's end.

9.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game round, Sports Bet will attempt to resolve the round using available game state data. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's balance. Decisions on technical failure resolutions are final.

9.4 Ludo Games

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sports Bet and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so to circumvent platform rules.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Sports Bet platform in ways not intended for regular players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities — any such bugs must be reported to Sports Bet immediately rather than exploited.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or casino formats.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means including stolen payment credentials.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public.
• Any form of money laundering — using the Sports Bet platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour toward Sports Bet staff or other players.

11. Responsible Gaming

Sports Bet is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment and not a source of financial difficulty. We provide every player with access to tools designed to help maintain a healthy relationship with gaming.

11.1 Available Tools

The following tools are available to all Sports Bet players from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification after a specified time has elapsed during a playing session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

12. Privacy & Data

Sports Bet does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data sharing with third parties is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sports Bet platform — including game software, graphics, logos, interface design, written content, trade names and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Sports Bet or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Sports Bet content without explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of Sports Bet intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

14. Limitation of Liability

Sports Bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable measures to ensure uninterrupted and accurate service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, delays or outages at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sports Bet's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue arose. Sports Bet is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages including lost profits, missed betting opportunities or losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds or information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Sports Bet's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Account Suspension & Termination

Sports Bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• Failure to pass required identity verification within specified timeframes.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Compliance with a legal order or regulatory requirement.
• Abuse of Sports Bet staff or other players.

Where an account is terminated due to a player breach of these Terms, Sports Bet reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding voided bonuses) will be returned to the player via the most recent payment method used.

Players wishing to close their Sports Bet account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@sportsbet-play.com. Account closure requests are processed within 24–48 hours.

16. Changes to These Terms

Sports Bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, Sports Bet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via their registered contact details.

Your continued use of the Sports Bet platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using Sports Bet and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance.
